Clinic will cover the following volleyball skills:
Attacking (Spiking)
Individual Defense (Passing, Digging)
Setting
Blocking
Serving (Overhand, Jump and Jump Float)
Game Play

Clinic Lead Instructor:
Craig Lenniger
(Craig is the only USA Volleyball CAP Level III coach in Hampton Roads. He has over 15 years as a Juniors Coach and 8 years at the college level. He also work with USA Volleyball's High Performance Programs as a Head coach with the Youth and Select age groups.
